In the role of an Account Associate at the Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, your contribution is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships and facilitating communication between customers and various agency departments to enhance their experience. By actively promoting relevant products and services, you play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' lives.

**Active Producer Property & Casualty License with one year of insurance sales and/or service experience required. **

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Meet needs-based sales goals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

To help kickstart your initial success at our agency, earn up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses on top of commissions. Write 140 Auto policies and 25 Life polices. Bonus sales window time frame (after 30-day onboarding): 31st day to 150th day.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Sales/Service Experience
Active Producer Property & Casualty License Required
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Proficiency in recognizing needs and effectively engaging in solution-oriented sales
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to contribute to a high performing team environment
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain within one year of employment)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Gilbert at the NE Corner of Higley & Ray.
Our office is open M-TH: 8:30am-5:30pm; F: 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
I am a proud graduate of University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em!.
We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
We have 57 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
