Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Meet needs-based sales goals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

- To help kickstart your initial success at our agency, earn up to an additional $5,000 in bonuses on top of commissions. Write 140 Auto policies and 25 Life polices. Bonus sales window time frame (after 30-day onboarding): 31st day to 150th day.
- Minimum 1 year of Sales/Service Experience
- Active Producer Property & Casualty License Required
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Our office is open M-TH: 8:30am-5:30pm; F: 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon.
